So all things considered, this is how I have it looking so far:

Entry Page #1: Basic
Entry Page #2: Word Split
The sound uploader is added here in the first image, as well as the splitter. The second image shows the word splitter in use. In the Alphabetic column (first image) you essentially input the letters of the word with spaces inbetween each one. This lets the software know where to break off a character. So for instance:
Angmar = A ng m a r
I know this isn't fully correct but for the sake of simplicity: The "ng" in this case could be a single character, not "n" and "g". So the symbol properly comes out as "ng", not two symbols. If it was inputted without spaces it'd be hard to know where one ends. And these symbols would be pictures, which would be defined in the Admin Panel as follows:
Admin Panel Page #1: Language
Morphology Tree in action: i.imgur.com/ydDtu9T.png
So a lot of this you've seen before. A few things I added: if the alphabetic column is on, then you upload an image for every letter, and then in the textarea labeled "letter", you input the code you want to use to recall it in the post entry page. So for instance, if under "letter" you put "ng" then upload a pic, then "ng" will call that image in the post. This coding can be anything though, like "004" or whatever is convenient based on the many characters that could exist for writing a language. Or for example, Japanese Kanji may have different ways of writing the same word, and here you'd be able to select the one you want.
Admin Panel Page #2: Website
Basic stuff like choosing the links for the navigation menu. For example, where this image says "library", "textbook", "resources" etc. Different admins can customize these links as they choose.
Admin Panel Page #3: Accounts
And some basic rules for deleting spam accounts, or unwanted users. Or for restricting/allowing multiple members. Essentially, each member would be an author/contributor.
Now I don't think it's a good idea to allow admins to edit the posts of other authors, because that's putting words in their mouth. But when an admin is logged in, then they could "delete" a post. The post itself will have a "delete" link above it, but of course if clicked it will ask you if you are sure. So it doesn't accidentally get lost.
I think that about covers all the functionality we need, right? I've started sending the proposal to the programmers I have in mind, and want to make sure I can give them an adequate detailing of the functions. What do you guys think?
